The clinic really is “state of art” as claimed. The service runs amazingly smoothly. Patients are so well kept informed about their waiting time which makes such a difference as well.
And it is so impressive the clinic is opened on Saturday and Sunday – this is so useful and it could be actually crucial for patients – so I am very grateful. A big “thank you” to all dedicated staff being there for us on Sunday…..
Great service
Very clean environment, pleasing design to the eye! Excellent, helpful and calm staff are always there to help! I liked the care I received and I was involved and informed. Could improve waiting times for stream 4.
I live in south London but always travel to this clinic.I am never disappointed with the friendly staff and help what I am getting here. Always feel that I am in safe hands and I can trust my doctor.if you are looking for high service it is here.
Hi, I just had Kate a nurse and all the text books say vaginosis is caused by lactobacillis overgrowth but she said it's caused by not enough, bacterial growth.
I'm really distressed now.
I looked it up after, I felt harried and insecure whilst I was there.
Very friendly and helpful from reception to being seen by doctor/nurse. Clinic is very clean. Attended on a Saturday which was very busy, be sure to arrive early! Automated queue service provided by mobile phone is also excellent, first I have ever been to clinic with this being used. Overall, was very impressed!
An excellent sexual health clinic. More like these in London please!
The actual care received was excellent but the queueing system is inadequate. The clinic simply lacks enough staff and capacity for its advertised use. A 2 hour wait is commonplace, but this is not good enough for an NHS service. The queue number did not seem to move for long periods of time, despite many poeple being seen. More transparency in this process required. Could British citizens have preferential treatment please?
I was disappointed by the lack of information on the website. I had booked an online appointment only to find on arrival that the type of appointment I required was not available through the online booking system, however this was not at all clear on the website which was impossible to navigate. Secondly I was unable to have an IUD inserted as I was at risk of being pregnant (due to my cycle etc.), there is no information about this on the website under the section of IUDs, or anywhere else for that matter, and so I waited for 2 hours just to hear that I couldn't have the procedure. More information on the website, as well as an easier to navigate website, would have made my experiences much better.
I think it is totally unacceptable that I will wait 4 hours in your hospital just to be added to the queue
Its ridiculous
Arrive the clinic by 8:30 and get a text by 12:30 to say I am number 13 in the queue. The text doesn't say when the appointment is it just asks u to keep clicking on the link to view your position on the queue.
This is appaling and sickening.
